How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your products from Dixie Grill Works. If you would like to return anything you purchased for a refund, please return the merchandise within 14 days from receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund, credit, or exchange.

Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them.

Used products are non-refundable unless defective in materials or workmanship. Dixie Grill Works has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition and to determine if any product is defective. Issues resulting from misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are not considered as defects. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

Returns Procedure:

1. Contact customer service at customerservice@dixiegrillworks.com  for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Clearly mark the outside of the box with your RMA number to expedite your return process. Items returned without RMA's clearly marked may have significant delays in processing. You may request a refund, a credit or a replacement item.

2.Re-pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship the item via the carrier of your choice, but please make sure to use item tracking. Dixie Grill Works is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Also please note we do not accept COD shipments on returns.

3. You may return unused items up to 14 days from the receipt of shipment. Items we receive that are used or are damaged in any manner other than manufacturer defect will not be refunded.

4. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less any shipping & handling fees. Your credit will appear after Dixie Grill Works has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

5.Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

  • Dixie Grill Works will ship in-stock items within 2 business days. Orders must be placed before 10 a.m. Central Standard/Daylight Time (CST/CDT) for Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to ship same day.

  • Standard shipping will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  UPS and USPS require extra transit time when shipping to rural route or remote locations, even when shipping Second Day Air or Next Day Air.

  • Our business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard/Daylight Time (CST/CDT) Monday through Friday. We honor UPS's and USPS's shipping schedules and do not ship on holidays.

  • Standard UPS Ground Shipping or Priority Mail shipping is $10.95, with expedited delivery options available by carrier.

  • We ship via USPS mail to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO and FPO Boxes. Please allow extra transit times for shipping to these locations. We cannot offer Second Day Air or Next Day Air services to these locations. We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, please use a physical address whenever possible.
