HD's All-Purpose Grilling Sauce
An easy and delicious sauce for all grilled meats

4 oz Lemon Juice

4 oz Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 stick Unsalted Butter

Warm all ingredients until butter is melted. Apply liberally while meat is cooking. Save a bit for use on veggies too! For extra flavor add garlic powder, onion powder or coarse ground black pepper. Fresh cilantro also makes a nice addition when cooking pork. This sauce is much tastier than it sounds. It is a great alternative for people who don't care for saltier rubs or sauces, or who don't like a sauce that blackens during cooking. Fantastic on grilled steaks or bacon!!!
