Bubble Gum Punch
Candy-flavored hooch idea from a Dixie Grillworks customer

1/2 gal Whole Milk

500 ml Banana-Flavored Liqueur

5 oz Club Soda

2.5 oz Vodka

1 lb Ice (adjust to suit climate and taste)

Grenadine Syrup to taste

Bar Sugar to taste

Begin by mixing the milk, liqueur and vodka. The mixture will be fairly soupy. You can use skim milk but the final flavor and consistency will be a bit wimpy. Place ice in a large container such as a cooler or punch bowl. Add drink mixture. Stir in grenadine syrup until the concoction gets a light pink color. Begin to test and add grenadine slowly until you hit the "just right" point. When made properly, the taste is amazingly similar to Bazooka brand bubble gum. This basic recipe is intended to give you a fairly concentrated flavor that holds up well as the ice melts. Please enjoy responsibly. When dispensing, you may want to rim glasses with bar sugar or simply add a spinkle to the mix and froth to taste. This punch really does live up to its name.
